Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping practices and timeframes below.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within [1 to 2 working days] (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS.

  • Verification: High-value or cash-on-delivery (COD) orders may require phone verification before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you, your order processing may be delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship across Pakistan using reliable courier services.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping rate of [PKR 250] applies to all orders under [PKR 2,500].

  • Free Shipping: We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders over [PKR 2,500].

  • Delivery Time (Major Cities): 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery Time (Other Cities/Remote Areas): 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your courier tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to check the live status of your shipment.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are complete and accurate at checkout.

  • The courier will typically make [2 attempts] to deliver your parcel. If the parcel is undelivered due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to us.

  • Walletry.pk is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, please do not accept the package from the courier or contact our support team immediately at info walletry.pk@gmail with photos of the damaged package.

International Shipping

Currently, Walletry.pk only ships within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
